But first, we’ll need your card.

Before shipping out your card, please ensure that the EMV chip on your credit card matches the size of the image below. We do not support bigger EMV chip sizes at this moment.

Please freeze/lock your credit or debit card, place in discrete packaging, and mail it to the address below. Please include a note inside with your order number on it.

We recommend choosing a shipping option with a tracking code to be able to locate your package at all times.

Once we receive your card, we’ll notify you via email. We typically process your card within 24 hours and then provide 1 – 3 day shipping back to you.
