But first, we’ll need your card.

Before shipping out your card, please ensure that the EMV chip on your credit card matches the rectangle shape of the image below. We do not support the bigger square EMV chips at this moment.

Please freeze/lock your credit or debit card, place in discrete packaging along with a note container your order number, and mail it to the address below. Please include a note inside with your order number on it.

We recommend choosing a shipping option with a tracking code to be able to locate your package at all times.

Once we receive your card, we’ll notify you right away via email. We typically process your card within 24 hours and then provide 1 – 3 day shipping back to you.
